Plan Approval

We shall help you obtain corporation/grama panchayat approval and get all the licenses and permissions from concerned Government offices for the proposed house. Requirement of blue print preparations, architecture signature, Set back and height calculation for the building will be done by our dedicated staff. You will not have to swear and sweat and run from pillar to post to get these works done. We are there for you.

Construction

After having a detailed discussion on the Material Specifications we come to a conclusion about the Project cost & bind through a Construction Agreement. we shall arrange all materials and labour for your house construction at a very competitive rate and complete your dream house on contract basis.We can do this because we are already in market for last 22 years and we have the right contacts. Selection of tiles, bathroom fittings, and kitchen set up, color scheme-each thing will be done as per your taste and choice.

Electrical and Water Connections

We shall also be helping you in getting external electrical connection, water connection from Municipal Corporation and sanitary linkage to drain etc. These works sound simple but are very time consuming and require lot of liaison and visits to concerned authorities.

Wood Works

You do not have to run around arranging carpenters and buying wood materials for doing up your kitchen drawer cabinets, drawing/bed room wardrobes etc. We shall arrange every thing for you.

Luxury Fitments

We can put Jacuzzi, hydro massage bathtubs, steam chambers sauna etc in your home. Solar water heater, solar light, rain water harvesting, lawn, fountain, sprinklers, POP art works, Stain glass art work, wood carvings... you name it and we shall do it. That is a promise.

And we also Supervise your Construcions if you can arrange Material & Labour on you own. We provide all the Construction details like Plans, Working Drawings, structural Details like Masonry & Rod bending Details, Carpentery, Electrial & Plumbing etc. We execute the Process of Construction by stagewise visits to your site.
